Enrollment in any BSP program is subject to the policies outlined on this site, which are designed to keep each experience safe, professional, and clearly structured.
Enrollment & Cancellation Policy
• Enrollment in any BSP program constitutes full agreement to all enrollment, cancellation, tuition credit, media release, and liability policies described on this site.
• Enrollment is considered final once registration is submitted and payment is made, including when a payment plan is selected.
• Audition-only programs require formal acceptance before you register; if you are unsure of your child’s status, please contact admissions before completing enrollment.

No-Shows & Health-Related Absences
-
Students who do not attend their program for any reason (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds or tuition credits.
-
For the health and safety of all participants, any student who shows signs of illness or has a fever within five (5) days of an in-person program may not attend; no refunds or credits are issued in this circumstance.
Tuition Credits & Refunds
BSP does not offer refunds except in limited registration-error situations; in most cases, only tuition credits may be considered.
Tuition Credits (If Eligible)
• Credits are not guaranteed and are issued solely at BSP’s discretion, even when you provide notice by the stated deadlines.
• To be considered for a credit, you must:
-
Submit written notice of cancellation to admissions@thebroadwaystarproject.com by the applicable deadline; and
-
Meet the program-specific conditions described below.
Online Programs
Approved online-program credits:
• Are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance.
• May be applied only to future online programs.
• BSP may designate certain online offerings as ineligible for credit use or impose additional restrictions based on capacity and program design.
Emergency Exceptions
• In rare and extraordinary situations, BSP may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial tuition credit, minus a $250 administrative fee.
• Documentation is required for consideration, and examples include:
• Serious medical emergencies.
• Unavoidable travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations with no reasonable alternative.
• Acts of God or comparable unforeseen events that make participation impossible.
Discounts & Pricing
-
Discounts applied to the original registration do not carry over to future programs if a tuition credit is issued.
-
Tuition credits are applied to current program pricing at the time of re-enrollment; any difference between the credit amount and current tuition is the family’s responsibility.
Registration Errors
• A full refund may be issued only in the case of registration errors if written notice is received within 24 hours of the original transaction.
• Families should not register for audition-only programs unless the student has been formally accepted; if you have any questions, email admissions before registering.
Media Release & Liability Waiver
