This Site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse the Site, learn about BSP programs, and submit inquiries through the contact form. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

When you submit an inquiry or audition material through this Site, you represent that the information is accurate and you have the right to submit it. By submitting audition materials including video of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the right to share those materials with BSP for audition review.
This Site may link to third-party websites including venue sites and ticketing platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. BSP does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
BSP currently uses JotForm for audition and enrollment forms. When you access a JotForm-hosted form, you are also subject to JotForm's terms of service and privacy policy.
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. BSP does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Program dates, tuition, and availability are subject to change — confirmed details are communicated directly to enrolled families.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Broadway Star Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. BSP’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
BSP collects limited personal information through inquiry and contact forms, used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate about programs. BSP does not sell personal information to third parties.
